Our Wedding

Taylor and Natalie initially met virtually through a mutual friend in 2016. Taylor was stationed in Oklahoma as a member of our US Army, while Natalie resided in California. Their story began with a swift slide in the dms on Instagram. They traded numbers and began exchanging texts over a period of time. Their undeniable chemistry initially sparked through texts, but the real love story began when Taylor returned to his home state of California. On February 12th, 2017 they finally met in person for the first time. Taylor took Natalie to the Nimbus Overlook where they exchanged their first kiss. Fast forward 5 years, Taylor took Natalie to the very same spot to propose. It was then, overlooking the water of the American River, at the very same place they first met where he got down on one knee and asked Natalie to be his wife.

Hello Friends and Family, As you might have seen, the mosquito fire affected Taylor’s grandparent’s area. Thankfully their house made it through the fire, but due to the uncertainty of when they can return, etc, we had to find a new wedding venue. Thankfully we found an amazing venue located in Placerville about 10 min off the freeway. It’s called Fausel Ranch and we are very excited to still be getting married on our original date October 15th. Please let us know if you have any questions.
