WHERE IS THE WEDDING TAKING PLACE?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Nouveau Antique Art Bar at 1012 Tuam St, Houston, TX
WHAT TIME IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
The ceremony will start at approximately 4:00 PM. We ask that all guests please arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour. The reception will begin at approximately 5:30 PM.
IS THE CEREMONY UNPLUGGED?
Yes! We ask all guest to turn off cell phones during the ceremony. We have a photographer to capture our special moment, and wish for all guest to be present in the moment!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Dressy Causal/Business Causal. Use this night as a chance to dress to the nines! Ex: Guys: Feel free to wear slacks, khakis, button-ups, and any shoes you are comfortable in! Girls: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, and slacks with a dressy top are great! We ask that everyone please avoid any shade of white. Black is okay!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER THE CEREMONY?
After the ceremony, the family and the wedding party will be taking pictures around the venue for about an hour. We will have a open bar, along with chips, queso, and salsa for guests to have during the cocktail hour. Dinner will begin at approximately 5:30 PM.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Due the unpredictably of Texas weather both the ceremony, and reception will be inside.
IS THERE EASY PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes! The Nouveau Antique Art Bar has plenty of lots available to accommodate all guest.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
While we would love to allow for everyone to bring a plus one, we are only able to grant a few plus ones due to venue restrictions. If you are allowed a plus one, you will know on your invitation. If you have any questions, please let Taylor or Andrew know.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Unfortunately due to venue restrictions, we are unable to host children of our guest. We will only be able to carter to children of the wedding party, please plan accordingly.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD AND DRINK WILL BE SERVED DURING THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION?
Cocktail hour: We will have chips and salsas available to snack on throughout the night! We will have an open bar and will be serving beer and classic cocktails (premium alcohol will have a surcharge of 1-3$ per drink) We ask that you do not bring any alcohol to the venue.
Reception: We are having BBQ, this will include brisket, smoked turkey, and sausage. The sides will be beans, potato salad, and Mac n cheese. There will also be gluten-free, and vegan lasagna.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please get with Taylor or Andrew!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! Well alcohol, Michelob Ultra, Shiner Bock, and house wines are all free of charge, and tips are pre-paid as well.
Premium alcohol, wine, and imported beer will have a surcharge of 1-3$ per drink depending on the variety. Please plan accordingly, and enjoy!
HOW DO I RSVP? AND WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?
We hope to celebrate with everyone! We ask that either way you please let us know your plans for attending by RSVP through our website! For vendor purposes, our deadline to RSVP is 10/08/2024.
IS THERE A DJ?
Yes! We will be taking song request on the RSVP! Explicit hours will start promptly at 8PM :)
ARE YOU REGISTERED?
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you wish to contribute to our dream honeymoon, details can be found on our wedding website. We are also registered at Amazon.
