Flying into PBI (Palm Beach International Airport) is closest to our venue / hotels but will require a layover from Austin Texas. Direct to PBI available from Houston. Other options include Ft. Lauderdale airport as well as Orlando airport which have direct flights from Austin, which may make for an easier travel day. See travel tab for more info.

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your formal / cocktail attire. (Midi or floor length dresses are appropriate). Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held mostly outside. Allow Florida spring time to inspire your color choices.

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

This will be a kid free event. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!

Please RSVP by January 21st, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only. If you cannot attend please know your presence will be greatly missed.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 4:15 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded. There is free parking on the grounds and there will be signs to help lead you to the ceremony space.

A charter bus will be available for our hotel staying guests. Pick up at 3:45pm at Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa. Drop off at venue around 4:10pm. The charter bus will be available to take 1 large group home at end of the night (around midnight) Uber on the island can be limited but is accessible for smaller groups who may want to end the party early.
