On March 11th 2023, Taylor was at Eagles Nest Country Bar with her friends when she came across Brian about to walk past her with his group of friends. Taylor immediately stopped Brian and said “Hey! I like your flannel!” And for the rest of that night they danced and talked together. Fast forward a week later, they were dating. Taylor & Brian never thought they would ever meet a random stranger in a bar and end up together, but their love story is a true picture of it comes when you least expect it.

Within the first week of knowing each other, Brian & Taylor knew they were getting married. It was truly a “when you know, you know” moment. Hiding a secret from Taylor is almost impossible; surprised is not in her vocabulary. Brian did a VERY good job of not letting any hints out about it, giving he’s with Taylor Dean, everyone knows that’s a hard one (lol). On April 20th 2024, Taylor went out to breakfast at Bee & the Biscuit to celebrate her mom’s birthday. The venue is right behind this breakfast spot, so Taylor planned on giving a tour to her family. While walking over there, Brian was standing at the venue with such a beautiful set up. Both of our families were there in the distance watching and cheering us on when Taylor said yes. To say Taylor was surprised and had no idea was an understatement (as seen in the proposal video before walking up to Brian, “why in the world did y’all let me wear this outfit?!”). The one day she blocked out from the proposal happening was her Mother’s birthday. But Taylor’s mom knew it was the only day Taylor wouldn’t of guessed, so her and Brian planned this all along. It was the most perfect, special, precious, and exciting moment. This is the day we’ve always dreamed of, and we are so happy we found each other. Afterwards, there was a surprise engagement party thrown with all of our friends and family.
