WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 1st, 2025, and you can RSVP in the RSVP section of our website.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Children are welcome ONLY if identified on your envelope or in the RSVP section of our website. Per venue guidelines, we do require adults to stay with their children at ALL times. Also, as we do love your children, this is our special day and we would like to ensure our guests can hear the ceremony so please make sure that if they need some quiet time, you are welcome to go to the reception hall during the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Dress to impress! We ask that all guests dress in semi formal or cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing shades of white/ivory/cream color. Although a suit and tie are not required, we ask that you do not wear jeans! Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors and on grass. This information may be helpful for women deciding whether or not to wear heels.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Your presence will surely be missed, please RSVP “declined.” If you have already RSVP’d “Accepted” but find out that you will not make it, please notify Taylor (757) 513-7603 or Brian (757) 879-2430.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will also appear when you RSVP. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom to discuss. We thank you for your understanding.

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES THROUGHOUT THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION?

We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that all guests turn off or silence your cell phones during the ceremony. We assure you that we have hired a phenomenal photographer who will be capturing our ceremony & we will gladly share all the photos with you once we receive them. As for the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We will have a variety of beers, seltzers, and wine. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking will be limited/tight, as the lot can only hold up to 90 cars. We will have signs directing cars where to park and we will also have parking attendants directing cars into spots. However, if you are able to carpool, that would be the best option to dismiss any parking stress you may be experiencing.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors & uncovered. Cocktail hour & the reception will be held at the barn indoors with an outside patio.

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING HASHTAG?

Yes, we do! Please use #TillDeathDoUsClark when posting any pictures on social media so we can see them too!

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by September 1st, 2025; it will automatically be marked as “declined.” We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
