Marina: Madden's has a full service marina for all your watersports needs including pontoon boats, fishing boats, runabouts, tubes, waterskis, kayaks, canoes, water bikes, stand up paddle boards & rowboats.

Pools & Beaches: Madden's has three sand beaches, two indoor pools and two outdoor pools - including the new saltwater pool at the Madden Inn & Pool Deck. In the summer there is also a large inflatable water park on Steamboat Bay Beach.

Tennis & Croquet Club: Madden's Tennis & Croquet Club is home to tennis courts, pickleball, bentgrass croquet and lawnbowling lawns, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball and mountain bikes.
