When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP on the RSVP page by May 10th 2025.
Due to limited space, we ask that you please RSVP yes or no as soon as you know your plan to attend.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We ask that you dress in ALL BLACK. (Black Tie, Formal, or Cocktail attire). We recommend a black suit and tie or a black dress. (White shirts with suits are okay.)
Additionally, the grass lawn is soft, so reconsider stilettos! We encourage you to bring an extra pair of shoes for dancing!
What do we mean by all black attire?
All Black Wedding Dress Code. Literally anything and everything BLACK! Dress your best! Look good, feel good!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm. We ask that you arrive by 3:45 at the latest as the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.
What transportation is provided?
Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.
Shuttle transportation will be available to and from the Mount Ascutney Resort. Go to All The Details page for more information on transportation and shuttle timing.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
We are working with the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney Resort on a group rate. Please mention the Travis Wedding when booking your stay. This will also be the location of the After Party and where the Bride and Groom will stay for the weekend. Go to the Travel page for more information regarding the Mount Ascutney Resort or other local accommodations.
How soon should I book my hotel room?
If you know you want to come, we'd recommend booking your hotel room as soon as you can. (The Twin States are popular to visit in the summer so hotels may be busy.)
Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?
Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled some of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, restaurants, and sites to see before or after the wedding
I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?
