You don't need to go to AleHouse specifically, but I couldn't pull up just the area. PB is FULL of bars, restaurants, and has the boardwalk! This is the scene is filled with the younger crowd or if you're looking for a good time. Crystal pier is also great to walk on! Sometimes you can see fish or sharks caught, as well as watch the surfers catch some waves.
You read it right. Beach that is specifically for dogs! This is a fun place to dog watch, but also go to the beach. A rock wall divides people vs dog side. You are welcome to be on either but it is at your own risk if you stay dog side.
A pub with good vibes, food and drinks! Overlooks the ocean and known for their toast at sunset. The chowder fries (now called New England Poutine) are a MUST. Right on top of OB Surf Lodge. Located in Ocean Beach (OB).

Catch a beautiful sunset or just take a casual walk along the cliffs! The whole stretch is about 1.25-1.50 miles (3ish down and back). There is some road walking so be careful.
If you want a good hike with pretty views, this is it!! We usually end with sandwiches from Board and Brew!
