Are we allowing children on our special day?
As much as we love children, we prefer this be a 21+ event! If you have a circumstance that requires your child to attend, please reach out. We are happy to accommodate!
What is the drink situation?
Kegs of Bud Light are on us!
Their will also will be wine, champagne, canned beers, and all the mixers for purchase the rest of the night!
What is the food situation?
We will have a snack table to munch on all night. Dinner starting at 4:45/5 will be a buffet style consisting of two entree choices, two side choices, a vegetable, salad, rolls, and of course a variety of desserts for everyone!
Can we take and post pictures of the wedding?
We don’t mind pictures or videos being taken during the ceremony and reception, but please keep phones out of view of the professional pictures during the ceremony. Please tag us in them on social media and send them all to us!
What is the suggested dress attire?
Fall colors; burnt orange, tan, brown, dusty rose pink, ect. Attire is semi formal, casual smart and business casual. Would love for everyone to be in fall colors!
Will this wedding be indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will be held at O’fallon First Baptist Church outside with our intimate family, and friends the reception following for all guests at Smithton Turner Hall.
What time should I arrive?
Intimate family invited to the private intimate ceremony should start arriving at 1:30pm. The ceremony will begin at promptly 2:00pm. Guests invited to the PRIVATE ceremony please stay until after professional pictures conclude, then you may head to the reception.
Guests invited to the reception may start arriving at Smithton Turner Hall starting at 4:00pm.
Will there be an after party or any bar hopping?
Yes! The Bride and Groom plan on heading a few blocks down the road to The Roost, Pete’s Hard stop, and The Tailgate (this is where the Bride and Groom had their first date, and the rest was history, so of course it’s a must!
