What time should I arrive?
Please feel free to arrive by 3:45pm to enjoy a welcome beverage before the 4:00pm ceremony.
Are kids welcome?
Please adhere to your invitation regarding how many seats are reserved for you and your family. If you have any questions, please reach out to Taylor and Alex.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is limited parking at the venue. Ubering to the venue is recommended and transportation back to Hotel Van Zandt will be provided.
Can I bring a plus one?

Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be beer, wine, and liquor.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors at approximately 4:30 - 5:30 pm. It will be hot in Austin!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not take your own photos during the ceremony. We will happily share the professional photos and videos that our fabulous photographers and videographers capture during the day.
