We’ll be staying at the Embassy Suites for our wedding weekend!

Every night from 5–7 PM, the Embassy Suites offers a complimentary Evening Reception for guests, with select free drinks like beer, wine, and house spirits. We’d love for everyone to join us for a couple of drinks and some fun Friday night before the big day on Saturday!

Breakfast is included, and if you are flying in, there is a complimentary airport shuttle. To take advantage of this feature, once you have arrived and received your luggage, call the hotel directly at (407) 888-9339 or text them at (407) 986-6077. They will direct you to the pick up location based on your arrival time.

There will also be a wedding shuttle leaving from the Embassy Suites hotel on Saturday at 3:15 and taking you back after the reception at 10:00 pm.

The block will close 45 days before the wedding (on March 17th), and your room is fully refundable until then.
