There is plenty of parking at the venue if you're planning on driving! While you may be able to get an Uber to the venue, it may not be feasible to get one back due to the distance and spotty cell service. If you RSVP'ed that you needed transportation, please see shuttle info below! Details will be updated as it gets closer to the event.

We've booked a charter bus for transportation to and from the venue! It will be making stops at our hotel block as well as Healdsburg Town Square. The tentative schedule is as follows:

3:30 PM Pick Up at Holiday Inn Express Windsor

3:45 PM Pick Up at Healdsburg Town Square

- The bus will pick up at the Healdsburg Ave bus stop between Plaza and Matheson. If you look up "The Hand Fan Museum" in Healdsburg, it will be across the street from that.

4:15-4:30 PM Arrival at Venue

If you run into any issues locating the shuttle, you can contact our guest Kim Malm at (916) 599-6509.

There will only be one pick-up time at 10:00 PM, and it will do drop-offs at both locations after the wedding.

Please be mindful of whether you said you were planning on driving or not in your RSVP as we reserved shuttle space accordingly! That being said, we did account for space for some extra guests in case plans changed.

We recommend typing in "The Ranch at Lake Sonoma" on Apple Maps rather than typing in the address for the most reliable directions. Google Maps will usually direct you to the vendor entrance rather than the main entrance.

The correct entrance is on Overlook Road (first right after you turn left onto Skaggs Springs Rd.), which is actually one driveway BEFORE Marina Road.

From 101 Heading North

1. Take the Dry Creek Rd exit.

2. Turn left onto Dry Creek Rd

1.8 mi (sharp left turn at the dam)

4. Turn left to stay on Skaggs Springs Rd/Stewarts Point-Skaggs Springs Rd

0.7 mi (if you drive over the bridge you have gone too far.)

5. Follow the sign for The Overlook/Southlake Trailhead. Right Turn onto Overlook Rd.

The Parking lot will be immediately to your left.

From 101 Heading South

1. Take exit 518 toward Dutcher Creek Rd/Stewarts Point

2. Turn right onto Theresa Dr

4. Continue onto Skaggs Springs Rd/Stewarts Point-Skaggs Springs Rd

0.7 mi (if you drive over the bridge you have gone too far.)

6. Follow the sign for The Overlook/Southlake Trailhead. Turn right onto Overlook Rd. (Marina Rd. is our back entrance)
