Book your hotel in our room block. Information is under the "Travel" tab.

Make sure to pay the $100 deposit for the room reservation by October 1st, 2024.

Be sure you have a passport that doesn't expire before December 31st, 2025.

Pick out your outfit! The dress code is formal and it will be quite warm, so plan accordingly.

Be sure to book your flights early.
