Invitations & RSVPs _______________________________________________ Can I bring a date (plus one) to your wedding?
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, our guests will not be able to bring a plus one, and all guests will be specifically named on the invitation. Any rooms booked with uninvited guests will be revoked. Thank you so much for understanding!
Is the hotel child friendly?
Absolutely! The amazing children who have filled our lives with so much joy are very important to us. We went out of our way to find a place that was child friendly. Please see here for all the activities for children or to book a nanny if you want an afternoon to yourselves: https://www.casadecampo.com.do/experiences/for-families/
How do I RSVP?
You can either RSVP by sending in the RSVP card to Voss's address in California or you can (easily) RSVP on this website. There is a tab labeled "RSVP", please input your name and it will walk you through the steps.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP digitally or physically and have your room reserved by October 1st, 2024. There is a $100 room deposit due by Oct 1st, but full room costs are not due until February 6th, 2025.
Who should I contact if I have questions about the wedding?
Please feel free to reach out to me should you have any questions that aren't addressed here. If you have specific questions about booking your lodging and travel, please reach out to TripGuy Travel directly at 888-990-8747 ext. 300 or by emailing AnExtraSpecialDay@Tripguy.com.
travel & lodging _______________________________________________ Do I need a passport?
Yes, everyone will need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. Please make sure your passport doesn't expire before December 15th of 2025.
How should I get there?
We recommend flying into Santo Domingo (90min), Punta Cana (45min), or La Romana (5min) in the DR. Roundtrip/nonstop airport transfers can be added for each guest at $120 from SDQ, $90 per person from PUJ airport, and $50 per person from LRM airport. TripGuy cannot assist with new transportation requests within 7 days of travel.
Where should I stay?
All guests should stay in our room block at the hotel at Casa de Campo. If you wish to upgrade your room from the categories we chose you are free to do so, but please make sure you are in our room block. Our rates are much lower than if you book for yourself. Please do not book your stay through Airbnb and VRBO, any guests staying outside our designated room block are going to have to be uninvited from the wedding.
How do I book a room at the hotel?
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, TripGuy Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
You can book your stay directly from here: https://www.tripguy.com/8june2025/taylorvosswedding. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.

Guest Experience _______________________________________________ What will the weather be like?
The typical weather is 75-88 degrees Fahrenheit in La Romana in June. There should be amazing Caribbean weather, with sunshine nearly every day. Short, 10- to 20-minute heavy showers usually occur two to three times a day so please plan accordingly.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! Formal attire is required. The wedding celebration will only be a weekend, but the photos will last a lifetime. Please see this as an opportunity to dress up and look your best. Please refrain from wearing white, anyone wearing a white dress will be asked to change.
What shoes would you recommend?
The venue is outside in a cobblestone plaza. Wear what makes you comfortable but be warned that stilettos might be challenging. I'd recommend a chunky heel or attractive sandal to save yourself from breaking an ankle.
Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
We are requesting that everyone please turn off all phones and cameras as we exchange our vows. Our photographers are amazing and we are happy to share their photos with everyone after the wedding.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely, just please not during the ceremony. We will have a QR code for you to scan to share your wedding photos throughout the entire weekend. We chose this amazing location so everyone would have the best time, we want to see that come to life. Please be creative, artistic, silly, goofy, all to serious, etc. We chose you because we love you and we want to see our wedding through your eyes.
Where can I find the photos afterward?
I'm still figuring that out, will update when I have an answer. Imagine my CS voice, "let me look into that and get back to you"... :)
Registry & Gifts _______________________________________________ Do you have a gift registry?
