Places to Stay
We have rented out Star Meadows Ranch for 2 nights and 3 days. Guests can arrive at 3 pm on September 15th and have to be checked out by September 17th at Noon. We have some accommodations available for a nominal fee for the two-night stay. Should you choose not to stay in the cabins we've arranged or if there are no available beds, additional options on the property include three A-frame cabins and four glamping tents. See below for details on the A-Frames and glamping tents. Guests are also able to camp via tent, camper, or RV if they would like to stay on the property.
The nearest town to the ranch is Whitefish, MT, located approximately 30 minutes away. If you are not staying on the ranch, we recommend considering accommodations in Whitefish or its surrounding areas, including hotels or Airbnbs. If you are looking for a close Airbnb the address for the ranch is:

The Whitefish area experiences high demand during this time of year, largely due to its proximity to Glacier National Park. As a result, Airbnbs tend to book up quickly, and hotel and resort prices may be higher. We strongly recommend securing accommodations as early as possible. Additionally, there are more affordable lodging options in nearby areas if you wish to extend your trip. Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience at our wedding without the concern of long commutes. If you are not staying on the property, we suggest booking an Airbnb close to the venue or staying in the area for 1-2 nights for the wedding, and then exploring other hotel or resort options that may be more budget-friendly for the remainder of your stay.
While we are excited about our venue and hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do, please note that we only have access to the property for a limited time—September 15th through 17th (3 days and 2 nights). If you choose to stay on the property in the cabins, A-frames, or glamping tents, your accommodations will be available only during those dates. The venue is reserved for another event the following weekend, so unfortunately, guests will not be able to extend their stay beyond the specified dates.

Getting Here
The closest airport to Whitefish is the Kalispell Glacier Park International Airport. Airlines flying into Kalispell in September include: Allegiant, Delta, United, American Airlines, and Alaskan Airlines.
Other airlines in Montana but will require a drive include Missoula, Bozeman, and Helena.
Rental cars are available in Whitefish, public transportation like Uber and Lyft are very limited.
Amtrak also travels directly to Whitefish if you are interested in taking the train.
Star Meadows Ranch: A-Frames
There are 3 A-frames available on the property. Each A-frame has a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and living room. The living room doubles as a sleeping space and has 2 twin daybeds that can be left separate like couches or pushed together to make a king bed. The top floor is accessed by a spiral staircase and has 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed. There are no traditional bedrooms in these homes. The kitchen is furnished with cookware and dinnerware to serve up to 6 people. There are no TVs or internet in the A-frames but guests can access WiFI at any of the main cabins. There are no washers or dryers but folks can use the bunkhouses if they need to utilize them.

Star Meadows Ranch: Glamping Tents
There are 2 large tents that have 2 queen beds: $300 per night and 2 small tents: $150 per night that have one queen bed.
All glamping tents are in easy walking distance to any of the main cabins. Each tent has a heat source, either wood stove or Mr. Heater buddy, a 5-gallon water jug, flashlights, lanterns, bed linens, extra blankets, bath linens, coffee cups, and plastic drinking cups. All the glamping tents are dry tents (no electricity, plumbing) so bathrooms in the bunkhouses can be used by glamping tent guests.
