What Does Dressy Casual Mean?

Think dressier than what you'd wear to the office but not as formal as what you'd wear to a black-tie event. No need for gowns and 3-piece suits, but please no jeans, t-shirts, cargo shorts/pants, or athletic wear. We want you to feel dressed up but comfortable in the August summer heat. Please consider lightweight, natural fibers.
