Please RSVP by August 1, 2026.
Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
Due to guest limits at our venues, we are only able to accommodate the individuals who are specifically listed in your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
What is the dress code?
This will be an outdoor, mountain wedding. We are asking guests to wear "dressy casual" attire (no jeans). The ground and stairs at the ceremony are uneven, so high heels are not recommended. Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so you may want to bring a warm layer with you. The reception is going to be held at a bowling/game lounge (bring socks if you want to bowl!).
What should I know about the ceremony venue?
The ceremony will be held outdoors in the mountains. There is very limited parking, so we are asking guests to carpool with as many people as possible. Guests will be seated on stone benches, so feel free to bring something soft to sit on if desired. To avoid altitude sickness, stay hydrated! There are restrooms located a short walk from the ceremony site.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive no later than 3:15pm to give yourself time to park, pay the parking permit fee ($5-you can also pay in advance online), and walk to the venue. Parking is very limited, so please carpool if at all possible!
Where do I park for the ceremony?
There is a parking lot right next to the ceremony area. Spaces are very limited, so arrive early and please carpool! Additional spots are available at surrounding areas on Flagstaff Road, including Flagstaff Summit West, Realization Point, and Crown Rock.
For non-residents, a daily parking permit will need to be purchased (1 per car). They cost $5 and may be purchased at the parking areas by the ceremony site (cash), or online through ParkMobile. We will email more details to guests a couple of days before the wedding.
Can I take photos of your wedding?
We have a lovely photographer joining us for the ceremony, so we are asking guests not to take photos during the ceremony. At the reception, we would LOVE for you to take photos and share them with us via the QR code that will be displayed on the tables!
Is the reception at the same location as the ceremony?
No. The reception is about a 10-minute drive away from the ceremony.
What should I do between when the ceremony ends and when the reception begins?
After the brief ceremony ends, we will be having photos taken with our immediate family. Guests are welcome to wander around beautiful Flagstaff Mountain, drive down the mountain to Chautauqua Park (stunning view of the Flatirons!), or head down to the CU Boulder Campus (which is where the reception will be held). The reception venue doors will open at 5:30pm.
What do I need to know about the reception?
The reception is a 10-minute drive from the ceremony venue. Doors will open at 5:30pm. The reception is going to be held at The Connection, a game/bowling lounge on the CU Boulder Campus. There is a paid parking garage located just east of the building on Euclid. Come ready for pizza and cake, bowling, billiards, ping pong, karaoke, and hanging out!
Where should I park for the reception?
There is a paid parking garage (Euclid Autopark) just east of the University Memorial Center (UMC). It's a short walk from the garage to the reception venue. Maps will be emailed out to guests a couple of days before the event!
Will there be an open bar?
No, however sodas, beer, wine and hard cider will be available for purchase at the reception.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please be sure to let us know of any dietary restrictions when you fill out your RSVP on our website. Guests with dietary restrictions will be able to order their own personal pizza at the reception. We will have vegan/GF dessert options in addition to regular options.
Who should I contact if I have other questions?
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to Tessa or Matt directly!
