Please submit your RSVP by Saturday, June 1st, 2024 to ensure we are able to plan accordingly prior to the big day!

To RSVP, find the RSVP tab along the top of our wedding website. To RSVP for yourself or your family/group, look up your name, or a name that would be attached to your group, then answer the questions that follow.

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus one guests unless their name is explicitly listed on the RSVP site. When you RSVP, you will be able to see exactly how many people you are able to RSVP for and bring to the event.

Children will be at our wedding day and are able to attend if their name is on the RSVP site. There is plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around and play throughout the day. Please ensure that your children have supervision throughout the entire event.

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For our summer, outdoor ceremony we suggest: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels (better for walking outdoors) Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight pants; jackets and ties optional

All wedding day events will take place at the Bluebelle Event Venue. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), our social hour will take place on a covered outdoor patio, and our reception will take place indoors.

There is no need to bring your own alcohol as we will have a bar available at the venue. Per the venue's policy, there is no outside alcohol allowed. If you are caught by event staff, you may be asked to leave.

A limited list of tap beer and wine options will be complimentary for guests at the social hour and reception. Cocktails and other canned/bottled beverages will be available for purchase using cash or card at the bar.

A shuttle will run from the wedding venue to the area of the blocks of hotel rooms throughout the final hours of the reception. Vehicles can be left on the venue property, but must be picked up before 10am on the following morning (Saturday, July 13th). Please plan accordingly!
