Even though we love everyone's kids, we kindly request this be an adult-only wedding.

We want everyone to be comfortable and understand that this may look different for everyone. This can range from jeans and a polo to a tie and suit jacket. For the girls feel free to wear sundresses or cocktail dresses. Whatever you can comfortably dance and enjoy the night in.

There are multiple entrances to the fairgrounds. However, there will be other events going on so you have to enter from the airport road entrance. If you are unable to walk long distances enter from Eastman Ave., next to olive garden, to access disabled parking. DO NOT enter through the North entrance.

Parking will be behind the main entrance to the Gerstacker building, west of the actual building. There is also parking in the front of the building for those unable to walk long distances.

Yes there will be a shuttle provided to and from the Holiday Inn Midland. The shuttle will run from 4:30pm to 12:20am
