A block of rooms is reserved at the Holiday Inn of Midland for a rate of $150.00 plus tax each night for a double queen room. Each room will have two queen beds, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine.

Guests can book anytime before August 6, 2024 to receive the discounted room rate.

Shuttle will be provided both to and from the hotel beginning at 4:30 and last shuttle at 12:30

Campsites are available at the Midland County Fairgrounds for $25 per night. Lots are roughly 22' X 40'.

You can reserve and pay at the Midland County Fairground office (989) 835-7901. Mention you are with the wedding.

The fairgrounds will not assign you a specific site. There is a designated area for those with the wedding party. The designated area can be found on the map in the Q&A tab of this website.

NOTE: If you plan to arrive Friday night/Saturday morning you will need to pre-pay, since the office will not be staffed at those times.
