If your room reservation has 3 people or less, we recommend to book your round-trip transportation with Hola Weddings to be able to get our group discount. Hola provides FREE shuttle for 2 people in your group, additional person will be $44. Please use the link above to fill out the Zoho form. To guarantee availability, please fill out form before April 19, 2025. After this date, you can also email vacationmakers@avacancun.com to book directly with AVA (also free shuttle for 2 and $50 for each additional guest).

If your room has more than 3 people, we recommend to book through external shuttle services. We have family members who have booked with Happy Shuttle and Lomas Travel for their round trip service (about $80 round trip for a 4-person van).

If you booked through 3rd party like Expedia, keep in mind that most of them don't include transportation and Uber is difficult to book at CUN airport. I would recommend to schedule Uber ahead of time if you plan to use that. Taxi is available but watch out for scams. The resort is 10 mins away from the airport.
