There is a link on the resort + transportation section of this website to book your resort stay with our travel agent, Jessica. Guests of our wedding must book through Jessica within our room block. Our room block is from 11/19-11/24, with a three night minimum stay. If you wish to stay dates outside of the block please let Jessica know as she might be able to honor the rate for those dates. To hold your room, a deposit of $150 USD per room is required.

An option to book your transportation to and from the airport will be located on the RESORT + TRANSPORTATION page. Please provide your flight information to AMSTAR so they can coordinate your ground transportation.

All guests will need to fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

The ideal time is 2-8 months out. We recommend using google flights to compare and get the best rates. Jessica is happy to help with flights as well and you can choose that option when filling out your booking request with her.

Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel date. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process. We suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance as a precaution.

YES! The dress code is formal/semi-formal wedding attire. The entire wedding will be outdoors in the central garden, it will likely be HOT! Ideas: Guys: button up or dress shirt (short sleeve is fine) with lightweight khaki or linen pants. Ladies: Any elegant maxi or cocktail dresses! Shoes: The wedding is on the beach and in grass, we recommend shoes where your heels won’t sink.

The rate you pay to stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions.

Yes, the dress code at restaurants falls into 2 categories: Casual – Bermudas, long shorts, or capri pants. Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men. No bathing suits. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. Casual Elegance – Sneakers, tennis shoes, or dress sandals. Dress shirts with sleeves. Long pants required for men. No sleeveless shirts for men. Please pack accordingly.
