We are requesting everyone wear Black-Tie Optional attire We ask that everyone be dressed their absolute best on our special day. This means: For the men: Please wear a tuxedo, suit and tie, or even dress pants with matching sports coat and button up underneath. For the women: Please wear floor length elegant gowns, dresses, or pantsuits. Try to refrain from wearing any terracotta/burnt orange colors, as this is what the bridal party will be wearing. We ask that everyone be dressed their absolute best on our special day. We want to look back on all of the memories of our day with everyone looking their absolute best on the most amazing day of our lives.

All children or significant others that are invited to our special day will be on the RSVP list for you to select once you receive your invitation. Although we wish we could have everyone's children and significant others to celebrate with us, our venue only allows a certain number of people in attendance.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be indoors, with the dance floor being outdoors where the ceremony occurred. In the event of weather, the ceremony and all other activities will be moved indoors at the venue.

For the ceremony, we ask that everyone does NOT take any photographs. We will have a photographer and videographer on our wedding day, that way all of our guests can truly enjoy our ceremony without being behind your phone screen. You may take as many photos as you want during the reception.

The Magnolia Venue resides on a cliff overlooking the beautiful Smoky Mountains. For your safety, no guests may drive up to or park at the venue. Shuttling is provided for guest transportation to and from the venue. Shuttle parking is located at Smoky Mountain Zipline 509 Mill Creek Road Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Please look back on our wedding website 2 weeks before the wedding for the official shuttle schedule.
