Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to fit our budget and meet our venue restrictions. If you have not previously had approval for a plus one from the bride or groom, please refrain from asking or bringing extra guests. I respectfully would like to advise you your extra guest will not be accounted for without prior approval and accommodations will not be made day of. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

NO KIDS ,NO EXCEPTIONS. We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an ADULTS-ONLY event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home. If you proceed in bringing your Child/Children we will gladly welcome you to Join us after you have made childcare arrangements.

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are blessed to have all that we need. Traditional cards and date night gift cards will also be accepted to gift to the couple as well.

FORMAL UNINTERRUPTED BLACK ATTIRE DETAILS: Not to be confused with black tie; uninterrupted black would visually be from Black clothing to Black shoes. Some examples would include: Ladies: black formal gowns, dresses, two piece formal sets, jumpsuit, suits, with black shoes. Gentlemen, please wear tuxedos, suits, blazer, black button down collar shirts, and trousers/pants, paired with black formal shoes. Silver, gold, and pearl jewelry is highly acceptable. Please respectfully refrain from wearing any other color but the requested Black. As the evening continues, please feel free to relax with a comfortable Black shoe change, (Slides, sandals, sneakers, pandas are fine). We imagine how wonderful you all will look and can't wait to make this dream a reality. If it’s not All black please refrain from wearing it as for this is our only request.

We have reserved a number of hotel room blocks for guest at Hyatt House Chicago Medical University District, located minutes away from the venue. Please see our travel page for more information on booking your stay.

While we do not have rooms blocked at multiple locations The bride and groom will be lodged at Level Chicago-River North. You may reserve your stay at this location as well. There are many hotels and Airbnb’s available very close to the venue. For your safety and convenience.

Yes, there is plenty of Free parking on site. After you park, walk across the private street into the venue.

Please plan on arriving at 3:00-3:30 not before, there will be no access until that time. Please give yourself time to mingle and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm.

This is an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY; we have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night! Professional photos taken durning the ceremony will be later shared with our guest in a digital album.

After we say “I do”, we welcome you to join us for a traditional New Orleans celebration straight into our cocktail hour, where cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres will be served. We will take our seats for dinner following cocktail hour.

Heck Yeah! We will be offering select wine, signature cocktails, and virgin beverages as well.

The reception will end at 11:00 pm sharp. Currently, there are no after-party plans to address. We will inform our guests if an after-party will be arranged.

The venue is a smoke free property. However, you are welcome to smoke in the parking lots, or outside of the venue not to disturb non-smoking guests.
