Thomas and Tiffany talked for the first time at Play Day (Seattle U party) in 2017. Thomas approached Tiffany at the college party pretending to talk on a banana phone - yes he had a real banana and pretended he was on the phone. Tiffany ignored the gesture, unknowing that this would be the first of many silly interactions they would have.

Rheinhaus is a local staple, especially for Seattle University students. Thomas approached Tiffany at the bar and asked her to dance. This was the true beginning to their love story and what they both didn't know would be a lifelong partnership.

Thomas originally asked Tiffany to happy hour with friends but day of smoothly pivoted the plans and made reservations for just the two of them at Momijis. They both joke that this was the worst and best first date. Worst because the service was terrible resulting in taking 2 hours to get their order in but best because they were able to have honest conversations without the superficial small talk.

On NYE of 2018, Thomas made it official and asked Tiffany to be his girlfriend. Thomas planned on asking Tiffany on NYE so he could easily remember their anniversary!

During spring break of 2019 they traveled to Puerto Vallarta Mexico and had an absolute blast! They met up with Malia and Steen who were mutual friends of theirs prior to dating.

We all know what happened in 2020, but fortunately COVID brought Thomas and Tiffany closer! Tiffany became an unofficial roommate to Thomas and Kunal in their Capitol Hill townhouse. Tiffany would hang out with the boys almost everyday and watch them play hours of rocket league.

Tiffany unexpected moved in with Thomas in September 2021 due to an unfortunate situation that occurred in her apartment building. Living in a 500 sq ft apartment together during COVID was the true test to their relationship.

They found their dream apartment in Pacific Heights neighborhood a year after moving to SF. This is where they currently live with their two pet frogs, shrimp, snails, and fish!

When they first started dating Thomas brought back a stuffed sloth and hand-made palm flower from his family trip in Costa Rica. Since that trip Costa Rica had a special place in their hearts. Thomas proposed to Tiffany on Playa Conchal on 9/23/23.
