Transportation will be provided to shuttle guests from The Sonesta Bee Cave Hotel to the ceremony and reception - and then back again at the end of the night! There will be three 31 passenger shuttles loading at 2:50pmand departing at 3:10 for the ceremony. At the end of the night these same three shuttles will be loading up at the reception at 10:00pm to return to the hotel. Even if you are not staying at the hotel and want to ditch your travel responsibilities for the day - feel free to park at the Sonesta Bee Cave Austin and use the shuttle services! Uber's are not always available at the end of the night in the area of our venue, so we strongly suggest utilizing the shuttles if you aren't driving.
