In 2019, just before the covid-19 pandemic, I decided to take a leap of faith and make a career change from real estate to the automobile industry. That's when I met Travis also known as Cruz who was my manager at the time. Although our working relationship was strictly professional , Cruz and I had a special bond almost like we'd met before in a past life. After some time, I was offered a better opportunity at another location and I had to say goodbye to everyone including Cruz.


About a year and a half later, I heard a familiar voice at the parts counter just outside of the break room where I was having lunch. I poked my head out of the door to get a better look and it was Cruz! We hugged in excitement to see one another after so long. Soon after, we started working together again and this time he was no longer my boss. Now we could date and we did just that! On our one year anniversary we went to dinner. What I’d thought was our usual weekly date night was actually a beautiful marriage proposal that took me completely by surprise. I still haven’t stopped smiling! 


Our lives have been filled with adventure. We love bike riding, tennis, board games, dancing, singing, going to live shows and traveling! Our first vacation together was Hawaii. The one thing that we love most about our relationship is that we are a true team. We are excited for our journey to togetherness! Our wedding will be such an unforgettable experience. We can not wait to celebrate with you all!!
