If you’re driving to the event you’ll need to park in the parking deck. It will have a big red parking sign. Come to the 6th floor and use the skywalk to enter the ballroom area. Please arrive anytime between 3:30 and 4:00pm as the ceremony will start on time. Note that the doors will not be open prior to 3:30.
