Rideshare - Uber / Lyft. There is no shuttle from the hotels to the venue. We recommend using the Ride Share Apps (that you can download on your phone) Uber or Lyft. Please give yourself some buffer time in case there is Labor day weekend traffic. You can also schedule an Uber for a pickup at a specific time in advance to not have to wait for a driver. If you prefer to take a taxi you can use Yellow Cab Austin (512) 452-9999 or ATX Co-Op Taxi (512) 333-5555. Parking is available at the South Congress hotel for an hourly rate or $34 daily rate.

We love your kids, but our wedding is for adults only! If you need help with childcare options, please let us know.

Cocktail attire. Dress code: cocktail dresses (long or short) and suits. Austin will be warm, so dress appropriately.

Texas can be hot. Average temperatures in early September are usually in the low 90s until the sun sets. While the reception is indoors, the ceremony will be outside. So please dress for a warm Texas night.

Join us for a pre-wedding drink at the hotel bar on Saturday 9/3 @ 9 PM. We will also have an after party at the hotel lobby bar following the reception on Sunday 9/4 starting at 11 PM. Late night snacks will be provided. Feel free to change into more comfortable clothes (athleisure wear is highly encouraged). Stop the next morning on 9/5 by for a coffee and breakfast pastry in the hotel lobby from 10 AM- 1 PM before you head out.

We will have multiple options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. The South Congress Hotel is well-equipped to handle any additional/specific dietary restrictions, so please email us if you have any specific questions or concerns.
