When should I RSVP by?

We invite you to please RSVP for each specific event online here as your earliest connivence, however our deadline is June 20, 2026. After this date, we will no longer be able to accommodate your person.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Due to limited space, we will not be able to accommodate additional plus-ones or children who are not specifically named on your invitation.

Will there be reserved blocks of rooms at the hotel venue in San Ramon?

We have reserved a room block at the San Ramon Marriott. Please book your stay by August 27, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Please mention the Patel Wedding 2026 while booking to receive our reduced rate.

What should I do if I do not make it into the room block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway, they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. The San Ramon Marriott does offer affordable options for rooms regardless of being included in our room block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

What is the parking situation for the hotel venue?

There will be free on-site parking for all guests at the venue on the event days.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The bride's satak ceremony will be indoors in the venue's Contra Costa Ballroom. Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors in the venue's South Courtyard, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors in the venue's Bishop Ranch Ballroom. Guests will walk through the hotel lobby to reach both spaces.

Where should I bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 4261 Crepe Myrtle Ln, Tracy, CA, 95377 and there will be a wedding card box at our reception.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #TogetherAlwaysT+A. Please tag us on social media and/or use our hashtag throughout our wedding week! It'll also be posted around the venue for your convenience. We look forward to seeing all your pictures.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We are kindly asking our guests to please be mindful of the cultural significance of the events and dress appropriately. Prioritize your comfort with fabrics and styles that allow for dancing and movement. While, traditional Indian attire (lehengas, salwars, or kurtas) or fusion wear (palazzo sets, anarkali dresses) is often worn throughout our events, it is not mandatory, and formal Western attire with festive colors is also appropriate. Lastly, as we are having a traditional Gujarat-Hindu wedding, please do NOT wear red as to honor the bride. If unsure, please consult the wedding hosts about attire.

Where can I buy traditional Indian attire or fusion wear?

If you are feeling festive and would like to wear traditional Indian attire or fusion wear, you can order outfits online at Etsy, Nordstrom, Lashkaraa, etc. I highly recommend that you throughly read the reviews for sellers and outfits to maximize your experience. If you have any questions regarding outfits, please do not hesitate to reach out to the bride before July 2026.
