We have confirmed a discounted room rate with the neighbor hotel, Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown. It is a less than one minute walk from Hilton Tampa Downtown, where our wedding reception will be held. This discounted rate includes hot breakfast, wi-fi, outdoor heated pool and 24/7 gym. The hotel has valet parking only, $33 per day per car. Please click the link provided in the "Travel" tab to book. The last day to book a room with our discounted rate is February 25th, 2024. If anyone needs assistance booking or wants to upgrade to a suite, you can email Kiersten in sales at Kiersten.Herman@Hyatt.com. Guests are still welcome to stay at Hilton Tampa Downtown. However, a discounted room rate and included breakfast is not offered.

On Friday, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Chantham Charthu & Mylanchi Ideel from Hyatt Place, where we have our room block. Transportation will also be provided to and from Sacred Heart Cathedral from Hyatt Place on Saturday. If you need transportation, please indicate when you rsvp. Shuttle transportation details to come.

For the Chandam Charthu & Mylanchi Ideel, there is free parking at Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Community Center. For the Wedding Church Ceremony at Sacred Heart Cathedral, there is a small parking garage available for a fee. Space is limited. Hyatt Place Hotel only offers valet parking for $33/day. The garage at the Hilton Tampa Downtown Hotel (Fort Brooke City Garage) charges $15/day. We recommend parking at Fort Brooke City Garage and walking to Hyatt Place Hotel (less than one minute walk) where we are providing complimentary round trip shuttle service.
