Starters:
Vegetarian option 1. Godminster cheddar and leek crumble tart with apple balsamic
Vegetarian option 2. Sweetcorn and chickpea fritter with guacamole and charred red pepper relish
Meat option. Serrano ham and sherry glazed roast peach with shaved manchego, rocket and olive oil brushed sourdough croutons
Mains:
Vegetarian option. Pan fried gnocchi with wild mushrooms, gruyère and freshly chopped herbs
Fish option. Keralan coconut curried drizzle with salmon fillet, onion bhaji and coriander
Meat option. Roast chicken breast with provençal crumb, baked cherry tomatoes, ratatouille, pesto and chicken sauce
