DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, to enter Mexico you will need a valid passport, with an expiration more than 6 months past your travel date. US Passports: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP?

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you know you can or cannot attend, however all RSVPs must be received no later than 10/31/2024. We ask that you provide your arrival and departure details within your RSVP once your flight is booked, so we can plan appropriate transfers between airport and resort.

IS THERE A WEDDING DRESS CODE?

The suggested wedding dress code is ‘Beach Chic.’ Think cocktail attire, but on the beach. For example (but not limited to), you may choose to wear a nice dress, jumpsuit/romper or could wear slacks/nice shorts and a button up. The ceremony will be on the beach, so we encourage you to kick off your shoes and go barefoot during that time!

IS THERE A RESTAURANT DRESS CODE?

Specialty (A La Carte) restaurants at the resort also have the following dress code: Resort Elegant / Semi-formal *Men must wear long pants and closed-toes shoes *Women can wear open-toes shoes, but not beach shoes/flip flops. The buffets do not currently have a dress code.

WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?

All food, drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and activities such as non-motorized water sports are included with a room reservation at the resort. Many activities and entertainment are at no extra charge, among other advantages. See the ‘Resort Information’ tab for more details.

WHAT'S THE FOOD LIKE?

All food and drinks are included at Barcelo. Breakfast & Lunch is buffet, while dinner can be Buffet or A La Carte. A La Carte's are specialty restaurants that you make reservations at. They are fancier, with servers & menus, much like restaurants at home.

WILL THERE BE A DAILY ITINERARY THE ENTIRE TRIP?

There will NOT be a daily itinerary. We will keep guests informed and keep the 'Schedule' section on our website updated on things we have planned and where to find us, but feel free to explore all the activities the resort offers on your own. Guests are always welcome to join us, but it is definitely not required!
