Our wedding will be in Providence, RI at The Ballroom at the Providence G. Our wedding will start on their rooftop with the ceremony and cocktail hour. We will then make our way to the ballroom on the 1st floor for dinner, drinks and dancing. For anyone wanting to keep the party going, we'll be hosting an optional after-party in G-Pub downstairs with late night food.

We've secured room blocks at The Graduate and the Hilton Providence, all nearby the venue. Please see our "Hotel Information" tab on the site for more information. PLEASE NOTE: We suggest booking a room AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE since it is Brown University's parents weekend in Providence that weekend and hotels will fill up.

We love your children so much! But for our wedding, we are only having Tom's son Beckett and his cousins in attendance. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes! We will have valet parking at the venue at no charge to our guests. The parking garage entrance is located directly next to the entrance of the Providence G.

We will not be providing group transportation for our guests. We will provide information on a free voucher for Uber for those who need a ride with our invitation. Please plan accordingly if you are planning to drink. It is very important to us that everyone has a great night, but is also responsible getting home.

Please plan to arrive at 4pm at the venue. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour, dinner and dancing will follow.

Our dress code is semi-formal. For ladies we suggest dresses (any length) or a dressier pantsuit/jumpsuit. For men, we suggest dress pants and a button down shirt (jacket and tie are not required but preferred). Please no jeans or white dresses!

We will be having a smaller welcome party on Friday October 17th for immediate family and the bridal party. Invitations will be sent a few months prior to the event for those invited. We truly wish we could invite all of our wedding guests but will only be able to invite a smaller group this event. We appreciate your understanding.

We paired our Save the Dates with Christmas cards, so please do not use this as your guide for the formal invitation. Formal invitations will include guest count for each person invited.

We will not be having a formal brunch or event on Sunday October 19th. We know everyone will be too tired from just how great the wedding day will be!

While Kelli would love nothing more than for Kora Kat to be by her side, she is too shy a kitten to be included in our events. But we know she will be celebrating at home by napping the entire day.
