3:50 pm: Shuttle arrives at venue

4 pm: Ceremony begins


9:55 pm: First shuttle departs back to Courtyard Marriott

10:20 pm: Second shuttle departs to Courtyard Marriott


12 am: Late night shuttle to depart downtown Longmont (TBD) and return to Courtyard Marriott
