WHAT EVENTS ARE BEING HELD DURING THE WEDDING WEEKEND?

We will be hosting welcome drinks on Thursday, September 25 at Gather on Maui. See the Schedule tab for more details.

The wedding will take place at the Andaz Resort Wailea on Friday, September 26 at 4pm.

For those who wish to keep the party going, we'll be moving over to Mulligans on the Blue at 10pm for an after party.

We will be hanging poolside at the Andaz on Saturday, September 27 - all are welcome!

WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?

The wedding will be held outside on the Laule'a lawn at the Andaz Wailea. We recommend staying at the resort to take advantage of the convenience of being on property. However, you're welcome to stay wherever you'd like. Wailea is full of beautiful resort options!

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Yes, for all events off-property. For the Welcome Party, busses will depart the Andaz at 7:45pm. Return busses will be starting around 9:45pm from Gather back to the Andaz. Gather also has plenty of parking if you'd like to drive yourself! Ubers are also available on island.

For the After Party, busses will depart the Andaz at 10:15pm to take us to Mulligans on the Blue, which is right down the street! There will not be return transportation provided, but Ubers are very easy to get.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR ALL EVENTS?

The welcome party is Island Cocktail. Think a blend of semi-formal and casual beach attire. For women, this means flowy dresses, or dressy separates in vibrant colors or bold prints. Men can opt for a short-sleeved, collared shirt (perhaps with a fun print) paired with chinos or linen pants, and dressy sandals, loafers, or boat shoes. Have fun with it!

The wedding is Black Tie Optional. Tuxes are encouraged, but not mandatory! Please note that our ceremony and reception are on grass so we recommend avoiding stilettos.

ARE KIDS INVITED TO THE WEDDING?

We love your kids, but this is an adults-only celebration. We've reserved a studio room on the main level of the hotel for kids to play during the reception. Reach out to thealmostcarmacks@gmail.com if you'd like more information.

CAN WE STILL HANG BY THE POOL ON SATURDAY IF WE'RE NOT STAYING AT THE ANDAZ?

Yes! You can purchase day passes for the Andaz through Resort Pass. We'd love to see you, but please do not feel obligated to join.
