Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We are asking guests to arrive between 4:30-4:45pm.

The reception will be from 5:30pm-8:30pm in the Celebration Barn. Cocktail hour is from 5:30pm-6:30pm followed by dinner/dessert.

Yup! Please be sure to let us know when you RSVP if you will be using the shuttle! Shuttle departs from Hotel to Vineyard promptly at 4:00pm. Shuttle returns to the Hotel from the Vineyard at 8:30pm.

We have reserved a room block at the Garden Inn Wallingford/Meriden, 1181 Barnes Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492! Room blocks are available for both Fri, 9/26 and Sat, 9/27. Visit the Travel & Accommodations page on our site for the booking link and more info! Rooms are $149/night + tax. Room Block and Rates will CLOSE on Mon, August 25th! So make sure you book your rooms before then!

We are providing a complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue and the hotel. However, if you choose to drive or don't plan to stay at the hotel, the vineyard has free on-site parking.

There is no formal request on our end! Wear what makes you feel good! Please be mindful of the weather. Our ceremony will be outside on the lawn so please plan accordingly. (In the event of bad weather, we will be moved to the Wine Cellar). The cocktail hour and reception will be in the Celebration Barn which is a semi-closed space. We suggest bringing layers to be sure you aren't too chilly and since you will be walking on the grass a bit - please be sure to choose your heel choice accordingly ;-)

Our ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place in the Celebration Barn (3-sided Barn). Guests will need to walk on grass to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended :-)
