Shuttle will leave from the hotel at 4:00pm sharp to take guests to the vineyard. Shuttle will leave vineyard at 8:30pm to take guests back to the hotel. You are also welcome to drive your own car if you prefer!

NOTE REGARDING HOTEL BOOKING: The link automatically fills in a 2-night stay Friday, 9/26 & Saturday, 9/27! So if you only want to stay on Sat, make sure you adjust the Dates at the top and click the BLUE "Update" button. Then it should change so you don't go to the billing page and get surprised.

HOTEL BOOKING INFO

1. If you plan to stay one night (Saturday), we are suggesting that you leave a note requesting early check-in. Our venue is roughly 30 min away and the ceremony begins at 5pm. The hotel check-in is 4pm! The hotel indicated they will try their best to accommodate early check-ins but can't make guarantees till we get closer. That being said, please leave a note so they try to accommodate you. At the very least, we will have one of the rooms we booked open to guests who arrive early whose rooms are not yet available. This way, you won't be late!

2. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy so we are recommending that if you are on the fence for Fri AND Sat, just book both now so you get the rate and cancel later :-)

3. Room Block and Rates will CLOSE on Mon, August 25th! So make sure you book your rooms before then!

4. If you do plan to stay, please book your rooms ASAP. You can always make changes later! This will help us to ensure we have enough rooms blocked for all guests before rooms run out!
