How&nbsp;we&nbsp;met: July&nbsp;12.&nbsp;2019&nbsp;David&nbsp;sent&nbsp;me&nbsp;a&nbsp;message&nbsp;on&nbsp;Match&nbsp;&nbsp;saying&nbsp;"Hey,&nbsp;I&nbsp;just&nbsp;joined&nbsp;match&nbsp;and&nbsp;am&nbsp;new&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;dating&nbsp;scene.&nbsp;Would&nbsp;love&nbsp;to&nbsp;talk&nbsp;if&nbsp;you're&nbsp;not&nbsp;busy&nbsp;tonight."&nbsp;We&nbsp;messaged&nbsp;a&nbsp;bit&nbsp;that&nbsp;day&nbsp;and&nbsp;talked&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;phone&nbsp;the&nbsp;very&nbsp;next&nbsp;day&nbsp;&nbsp;on&nbsp;and&nbsp;off&nbsp;for&nbsp;3&nbsp;weeks&nbsp;while&nbsp;he&nbsp;&nbsp;worked&nbsp;in&nbsp;Kentucky.&nbsp;Eventually&nbsp;he&nbsp;was&nbsp;back&nbsp;in&nbsp;town&nbsp;and&nbsp;asked&nbsp;to&nbsp;take&nbsp;me&nbsp;out&nbsp;that&nbsp;&nbsp;weekend.&nbsp;I&nbsp;had&nbsp;already&nbsp;had&nbsp;other&nbsp;plans.&nbsp;Then&nbsp;a&nbsp;few&nbsp;days&nbsp;later&nbsp;Tuesday&nbsp;August&nbsp;6,&nbsp;2019,&nbsp;I&nbsp;sent&nbsp;him&nbsp;a&nbsp;text&nbsp;message&nbsp;"I&nbsp;am&nbsp;hopping&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;shower&nbsp;now&nbsp;and&nbsp;getting&nbsp;ready&nbsp;if&nbsp;you&nbsp;would&nbsp;like&nbsp;to&nbsp;take&nbsp;me&nbsp;out."&nbsp;He&nbsp;suprisingly&nbsp;was&nbsp;still&nbsp;in&nbsp;town&nbsp;and&nbsp;responded&nbsp;with&nbsp;"&nbsp;I&nbsp;have&nbsp;reservations&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Wine&nbsp;Bistro&nbsp;in&nbsp;Worthington&nbsp;at&nbsp;7:00." My&nbsp;first&nbsp;impression&nbsp;was&nbsp;WOW&nbsp;these&nbsp;men&nbsp;still&nbsp;do&nbsp;exist.&nbsp;He&nbsp;pulled&nbsp;out&nbsp;my&nbsp;chair&nbsp;and&nbsp;still&nbsp;does&nbsp;to&nbsp;this&nbsp;day!&nbsp;My&nbsp;second&nbsp;was&nbsp;WOW&nbsp;He&nbsp;is&nbsp;much&nbsp;better&nbsp;looking&nbsp;than&nbsp;the&nbsp;profile&nbsp;dad&nbsp;pictures&nbsp;of&nbsp;him&nbsp;on&nbsp;match.&nbsp;He&nbsp;says&nbsp;for&nbsp;me&nbsp;it&nbsp;was&nbsp;love&nbsp;at&nbsp;1st&nbsp;sight&nbsp;and&nbsp;I&nbsp;am&nbsp;not&nbsp;going&nbsp;to&nbsp;argue&nbsp;with&nbsp;him.&nbsp;His&nbsp;first&nbsp;impression&nbsp;of&nbsp;me&nbsp;was&nbsp;she&nbsp;has&nbsp;a&nbsp;beautiful&nbsp;smile.&nbsp;His&nbsp;second&nbsp;was&nbsp;WOW&nbsp;she&nbsp;really&nbsp;likes&nbsp;me.&nbsp;I&nbsp;have&nbsp;never&nbsp;had&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;lay&nbsp;a&nbsp;kiss&nbsp;on&nbsp;me&nbsp;like&nbsp;that! We&nbsp;talked&nbsp;for&nbsp;2&nbsp;hours&nbsp;before&nbsp;ordering&nbsp;food&nbsp;or&nbsp;drinks.&nbsp;Then&nbsp;another&nbsp;2&nbsp;hours&nbsp;until&nbsp;the&nbsp;restaurant&nbsp;was&nbsp;closed.&nbsp;We&nbsp;continued&nbsp;to&nbsp;talk&nbsp;daily&nbsp;and&nbsp;went&nbsp;on&nbsp;dates&nbsp;often.&nbsp;September&nbsp;14,&nbsp;2019&nbsp;He&nbsp;wrote&nbsp;me&nbsp;a&nbsp;cute&nbsp;little&nbsp;note&nbsp;and&nbsp;asked&nbsp;me&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;his&nbsp;girlfriend&nbsp;with&nbsp;2&nbsp;little&nbsp;check&nbsp;boxes.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Yes&nbsp;was&nbsp;very&nbsp;large&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;no&nbsp;was&nbsp;so&nbsp;small&nbsp;I&nbsp;could&nbsp;not&nbsp;have&nbsp;checked&nbsp;it&nbsp;even&nbsp;if&nbsp;I&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;to.

The Engagement

January 28, 2022, He took me on a vacation to San Diego, California. I had an entire itinerary planned out and he was not sure how he was going to fit it in. After an amazing day hiking in Torree Pines National Park, I suggested that we get dressed up and go out. He thought it would be a great idea to go to Sunset Cliffs and watch the beautiful sunset. While we were there, he said he had something for me, I turned around and he was half kneeled down with a closed ring box. He opened it and it was a pair of pearl earrings that I had previously said that I had wanted. He then followed it up with I have something else for you. He pulled a pearl necklace out of his pocket. He put it on me and had me turn around to so he could see it. When I turned around, he was kneeling on one knee with the same closed ring box and opened it and there was my beautiful engagement ring. He said "you know how we have talked about- when you know you know" Well I have known for a very long time and was waiting for the perfect moment to ask you to be my wife." I have never had an easier YES in my life!! NOW on August 5, 2023, I get to be his wife!!! I cannot wait.

Fun Facts

- David had the engagement ring for 9 months and it traveled on 2 vacations within arm's reach on the plane in case it went down so he could profess his love to me.
-The locations of our 1st 4 dates have been shut down.
-If we had not put a 50-mile radius on our match.com profile we would have never met. If David realized that I lived a full 49.1 miles from him the 1st date would not have happened.
-The 1st 6 months that we dated David worked out of state and I drove 430 miles round trip after work just to see him a few hours and back for work the next morning.
- In the 3 years that we have been together we have already vacationed in 9 different states.
-We ate off each other's plates on the first date.

Met Tracy & David on their 2nd date at Tequilla Cowboys after my performance and was hired that night to be their wedding singer. Since then Tracy has been a  groupie and we have come to learn that we are sisters from another mister.

We request that our guests wear formal-cocktail attire and NO white please.

Are Children Permitted?

We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style. NO ONE under 21. NO Exceptions!!!

What Can I Expect?

An incredible celebration of love with amazing food, drinks, desserts, excellent variety of music, a video booth and lots of dancing with the famous dancin Dave! Come hydrated, with your dancing shoes on ready to party! This will be the wedding of the year!!!!!!

Will Alcohol Be Served?

Although we are not drinkers for our entertainment purposes there will be an open bar with honeymoon fund box for cash tips. It will be heavily photographed , any drunken shenanigans will be documented and thoroughly mocked for years to come. Have a great time. Transportation to the hotel will be provided.

Where Should I Park

You are permitted to park anywhere at Pickwick Place on either side of the buildings. The Loft&nbsp; is the center building. If you are staying at the hotel transportation will be provided to and from Ceremony/Reception.

When Should I Arrive?You can arrive as early as 4:00. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 at which time the doors will be locked until the ceremony is complete.

May I Take Photographs?

Please DO NOT take any photos During the Ceremony!!!&#160; We hired an incredible photographer that will provide you access to all photos within 48 hours. We paid good money to see all of your beautiful faces and not your phones. Take as many as you would like during the reception and please share.

Q & A

Hotel is located  0.7 miles from venue.
Rooms available to book for both Friday and/or Saturday night. As a heads up Friday, August 4th there are 20 rooms reserved and Saturday, August 5th there are 40 rooms reserved. To receive the special room rate guest room must be reserved by July 5, 2023. When calling let them know you are with the Stone/Overy Wedding. Don't forget about the after wedding party.
