Our Wedding Ceremony will begin at 2:30PM EST sharp, we ask all guests to arrive at 2:00PM EST.

The hotel offers a preferred rate valet service upon arrival. There is also paid public parking around the event space.

As much as we love your children, our wedding will be a child-free celebration. Thank you for understanding!

There are plenty of places to stay, all are located on the 'Travel' tab of our website. Blocks have been reserved at all four hotels.

For those flying in, the closest and most convenient airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

After the ceremony, please join us for a cocktail hour while the room is transformed for the reception. We’ll be serving signature drinks and canapés, accompanied by live music from a two-piece cocktail band. It’s the perfect time to mingle, enjoy a sip and a bite, and kick off the celebration before dinner and dancing begin!

Our wedding will be held indoors at The Pearle Hotel & Spa. That said, guests are welcome to step outside and enjoy the hotel’s beautiful surroundings throughout the day and evening.

Dietary restrictions will be collected and considered at the time of RSVP.

We’ll be celebrating with a full open bar throughout the evening, so you can enjoy your favorite drinks. For dinner, you’ll be able to choose your meal from our wedding menu once you’re seated at the reception. We can’t wait to share a delicious meal and raise a glass together!
