We ask that you have a firm RSVP and accommodations paid for by 5/1/2025- we are asking the limited number of guests invited to the Wedding Ceremony to respect this deadline so that we can confirm count for the resort for setting up both the Wedding Ceremony & Reception. Can I stay at another resort and come to Hard Rock for the Wedding/Reception? Yes, however if you are not an over night guest at the Hard Rock you will need to purchase a one day resort pass wrist band to access the property and our ceremonies. The estimated cost of these wristbands bands are $224/adults plus $97/children and only 20% of our wedding guests are allowed access with this option so we HIGHLY PREFER you stay Hard Rock

In the world of destination weddings, couples are rewarded with resort concessions based on how many guests book with their group number. With this option the resort controls the rates and we both felt to help our guests get the best deal they possibly can we are forfeiting concessions and contracts so that you may book when and where you can find the best deal. Remember this is all inclusive, so rates reflect all your food and drinks included for free. It’s important to book at this property so you have entrance into rehearsal and our ceremonies- if you do not you will be required to purchase a resort day pass wristband band.
