When is the RSVP deadline?
The final RSVP deadline is 7/19. If for any reason you need to change your response to “no” please let us know ASAP.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
What should I do if I RSVP yes, but I am not unable to attend?
Although we are sad you can't attend, we understand situations happen. Please inform us of the change IMMEDIATELY upon knowing so we can replace you with another loved one who you took precedence over.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony? What happens if I am late?
Guest can arrive as early as 3:30pm. Please do not anticipate the wedding starting late! We will begin promptly at 4:00pm. There will be no entry to the ceremony after 3:50pm to minimize interruptions. Please arrive early to allow time for you to park and take your seat.
How far is the ceremony venue from the reception venue?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are located at the same venue!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors with an inside rain option. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors. The full reception is indoors.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal (dresses, jumpsuits, suit and tie, collared shirt, and sports coats). There is no color code.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
All room blocked have ended as of 7/1. We recommend the newly renovated Comfort Suites in Leesburg, VA, if you would like an affordable close option. If you would like hotel options closer to Dulles Airport (closest airport to wedding activities), or any other alternative, please let us know and we'll be happy to give you suggestions!
Will transportation be provided?
No transportation will be provided to and from the venue. If you are staying at one of our room block hotels in Leesburg, we highly suggest you Uber or Lyft if you plan to consume alcohol.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, parking is complimentary and abundant!
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Please let us know in the notes when you RSVP. If we do not follow up with you, please contact us directly by phone or email.
Will there be a bar? Do I need to bring cash?
Please bring cash to tip the bartenders. However, there will be a full open bar! Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
Can I take photos and post on social media?
Yes, we encourage all guests to post pictures on your social media channels! **Our only requests are that you don’t block the ceremony aisles or our professional photographers view and absolutely no live streaming. Please remember to include our wedding hashtag, #ADashofLove so we can capture of all of your beautiful photos!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, please take a look at our registry. Also, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
