Hotels:

Our Venue is approximately 20-30 minutes from the town of Ponoka.

We are looking into shuttles to get people to their hotels after the wedding, however please note it will be your responsibility to get back to your cars in the morning. In the event that we are unable to obtain shuttles, please have a back up plan!

If you mention you are attending a wedding at Pine and Pond you may receive a discount.

Camping:

There is a campsite located across from the Venue, this way you will not need to worry about transportation to and from Ponoka. It is within walking distance. However there will be no water, no power and no sewer hookups.

For Trailers, campers, RVs, motorhomes and truck campers it is $30 a night. It is suggested to bring blocking and levelling planks.

Tents and SUV or vehicles used for sleeping it is $15 a night.

They accept booking at the end of March 2025.
