Yes! There will be parking on site.

The wedding ceremony will begin at 2:30. We would really appreciate if all guests ARRIVED 15-20 MINUTES EARLY to ensure everyone is seated before we begin. Keep in mind, the venue is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Edmonton, so please leave with plenty of time to find parking and get settled! There will be signs leading you to the ceremony site.

Yes! During the day time we will have an outdoor bar serving canned and bottled beverages such as pop, coolers, beer and water. Later in the day the main bar inside the tent area will open up serving drinks with hard alcohol. We will be having a toonie bar, so BE SURE TO BRING SOME CASH TO SPEND ON DRINKS! Non-alcoholic beverages will be free. Keep alcohol within the reception tent, bar or fire-pit area.

Guests are NOT permitted to bring their own alcohol. We will have designated smoking areas! Please respect that you may only smoke within those specific areas. Stay within the venue, do not go past private property signs. PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY BY THE PONDS! There are multiple ponds and fountains around the venue. The boat is there for photography purposes for the couple only. Do not throw things into or swim in the ponds.

All guests invited will be listed on your invite! We sent a link to every family/group, so if you have a child or spouse, their invite will be listed under yours! Just search your name to find the invite for everyone in your family.

The ceremony will be outdoors and the Reception will be held in the Reception tent on the same property. No need to leave the venue all day! We are hoping for good weather.

FEEL FREE TO TAKE AS MANY PHOTOS AS YOU WOULD LIKE AFTER THE CEREMONY. We would like to give our photographer the opportunity to get all those important shots without phones being in the way. Instead, put your cellphones away and live in the moment with us!

No dress code! You may wear a nice pair of jeans and dress shirt, or choose to dress up more! Whatever you are comfortable with. We aren't picky! You being there is what matters most to us. Just please refrain from wearing white!!

Yes, once the ceremony has ended we will be getting pictures taken! Our guests are welcome to utilize the outdoor bar, play games, and hangout by the fire pit! There will be an assortment of outdoor games.
