Q: What happens if I don't book through the link and room block provided?

A: PARTIES WHO DO NOT UTILIZE THE PROVIDED LINK AND ROOM BLOCK WILL BE CHARGED $400 PER PERSON PER WEDDING EVENT TO ATTEND.

Q: Are kids allowed?

A: While we absolutely adore your little ones, we are kindly encouraging an adults-only celebration. Children are more than welcome to join us for the ceremony; however, after dinner we respectfully request that the evening be reserved for adults only. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Q: What is the last day to book?

A: Parties must have the initial deposit of $150 made by March 12th, 2026.

Q: Is full payment due upfront or can we make payments?

A: Initial deposit of $150 will hold your room then payment can be made upfront or in increments.

Q: Do I have to utilize the transportation presented when booking?

A: No, guest can utilize any shuttle company or Uber for transportation to and from the hotel.

Q: Is there a minimum number of nights we are required to stay?

A: Yes guest must stay a minimum of three nights.

Q: What days should I book?

A: We recommend booking Thursday - Sunday with the option to extend if you would like. Wedding events will take place on Friday and Saturday. There is a 3 night minimum per the resort for wedding guest.

Q: What should I wear?

A: The wedding will be semi-formal attire. Women, please wear mid length to long dresses. Please avoid casual fabrics such as cotton. Men, please avoid jeans. Dress pants and sports coats as well as suits are acceptable.

Q: How long are Kelsey and Trevor staying?

A: Kelsey and Trevor will be staying at the resort October 5th through October 12th.
