GUEST MUST BOOK THROUGH THE ROOM BLOCK PROVIDED or there will be a $200 charge PER person PER wedding event charged to you.

There is a 3 night minimum.

Payments can be made over several months.

$150 initial deposit will hold your room

Up to March 12th, 2026 to make the first payment

Up to July 14th, 2026 to make final payment

Please note you DO NOT have to book the transportation offered through the booking website.

*** While we absolutely adore your little ones, we are kindly encouraging an adults-only celebration. Children are more than welcome to join us for the ceremony; however, after dinner we respectfully request that the evening be reserved for adults only. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate together! PLEASE - let Kelsey or Trevor know if your little ones plan to tag along so we can save a spot for them at your table. ***
