Hi everyone! We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🎉

Just a quick reminder that there will be no parking at the venue due to limited space and liability restrictions.

Transportation will be provided as follows:

For guests staying at the Avid Hotel:

• A bus will arrive at 4:00 PM to transport guests to the venue.

For guests NOT staying at the Avid:

• Please park at Holy Trinity School (5625 Holy Trinity Dr, Melbourne, FL 32940).

• Transportation will arrive there at 4:30 PM to bring guests to the venue.

Transportation will also be available throughout the night for return to your vehicles.

Another option is to Uber/ride share to the venue. If you plan to do this, we recommend scheduling your ride the day before or a few hours in advance to ensure availability. If you plan to Uber, please let me know so we can have a general idea of how many guests will be using the buses.

Please also remember that the venue gates will close at 5:20 PM, so plan to arrive before this time.

Lastly, due to severe fragrance allergies, we kindly ask that guests please refrain from wearing perfumes or fragrances.
