You'll arrive to the venue and be assisted with parking. The venue team will then shuttle folks up to the top of the mountain where the ceremony will take place. Please note that the last shuttle to the ceremony will leave at 4:30pm, and the first shuttle will begin taking guests around 4:00pm. You must arrive early to ensure you are at the ceremony. There are restrooms near the shuttle boarding - please go prior to heading to mountaintop as the only restrooms are the great outdoors!

Cocktail Hour will begin after the ceremony. This will allow time for the shuttle team to bring guests back down to the reception barn. Please enjoy some drinks and appetizers while other guests and the bridal party make their way down the mountain!
