Where do you recommend I stay?
There are a lot of amazing hotels near our venue that are within a 5 to 10-minute walk! We recommend checking out the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier, Seaside Hotel in North Van, and Lonsdale Quay Hotel. (If you book with the Seaside Hotel, make sure to use the code "wedding15" to get a 15% off discount!)
Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all taking place at the same location?
Yes!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.
I have dietary restrictions. Will there be food at the reception for me?
Yes, please let us know of any dietary restrictions you might have and we will make sure to have the proper food for you!
Where should I park? Is parking free?
There are a variety of parking options in the area. We recommend parking at the Pinnacle Hotel underground parkade if possible. Parking at this lot is $6.25 per hour or $31 for 24 hours. If you are a guest at the hotel, parking will be $28 for the day. The parkade is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please prepare for a 1 minute walk to the wedding venue from the parkade.
Will transportation be provided to and from the hotels?
No, please plan for a 5 to 10-minute walk if you are staying at one of the nearby hotels.
