Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate guests listed on your Save the Date and invitation. This will appear with your name when you RSVP on our wedding website!

The ceremony will be outdoors at Barnwood (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

There will be a shuttle running from both the Sheraton Hotel and Holiday Inn Express to the venue. These hotels are about 7 minutes away from Barnwood. For the Sheraton, the first shuttle is available before the ceremony (2:45-3:45PM) and will run on a loop for that hour. For the shuttle back, this begins at 9:15PM and runs on a constant loop until the last pickup time at Barnwood at 11:15PM. The Holiday Inn shuttle will have one run to the venue from the hotel around ~3:10PM, and will have one run back to the hotel at 10:45PM. These hotels are right next to each other, so if you need to hop on one of the other hotel shuttles it should be fine.

The venue, Barnwood Events, has a free on-site 170 space parking lot, including EV charging stations. Cars can be left overnight but will need to be picked up by 10AM the next day.

Semi-formal cocktail attire is preferred!
